I made them again with a full 3 cups of flour and they were so much easier to make. This time, no spreading issues and they were so pretty, not to mention delicious. Thanks for baking with me!

I made these again tonight and this time they baked flatter and darker than the first time. I didn't think I did anything different, but the cookies were different this time. Go figure. But, both times, they were delicious!

I was going to ask how you got your cookies to look so perfectly circular with straight edges like that. At least there were a lot of cookie crumbs to snack on!
